Interested carriers, who are already going your route and want to fill their trucks will contact you directly to arrange for pickup and transport your shipment. Shippers have the opportunity to review carriers profile and verify if carriers meets their criteria. Shippers can now assign shipment to the carrier of your choice on Kaya Dispatch and carrier will accept the agreement to commence shipment. Carriers also get complete shipping information of origin, destination, goods description, ship date and time, company name and phone number. Our system grant access to all registered members to get details about any company in our system, including contact information, equipment type and insurance information (for carriers), registration, licenses and permits, references, and much more. At the completion of each delivery depending on the terms of payment ( eg if terms are cash on delivery, carrier collect payment upon delivery) and both parties rate each other based on your experience.
